Terms Conditions

Occupancy:  The apartment is for short-term/long-term occupancy (specify duration) and is intended for residential use only.

Maintenance:  Any damages caused to the house by the guest will be their responsibility and a penalty amount will be charged during check- out

House Rules:  The guest must comply with the house rules, which may include restrictions on noise, pets, smoking, and parties.

Cancellation & Refund policy 
Cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours before your booking date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Refund turnaround time is between 48-72 hours after the credited amount is reflected in our system.
The amount should be transferred back into the payees original mode of payment within 10-12 working days.
